NEWS: SWORD ART ONLINE OVA PREMIERING WORLDWIDE

Despite previous statements from A-1 Pictures, it has now been confirmed that fans worldwide will get to see the Sword Art Online: Extra Edition special this winter. Immediately after its premiere on Japanese television December 31st, services including Crunchyroll and Daisuke will be streaming it for multiple countries. 

It may not be a second season just yet, but we’re still pretty psyched for this. Now, the only thing left to do is get used to Asuna with blue hair. Seriously, it’s just weird.
