NEWS: TOONAMI MOVIE MONTH SCHEDULE REVEALED, HELLSING ULTIMATE 9 AND 10 WILL AIR

Despite previously announcing they wouldn’t be able to air Hellsing IX and Hellsing X, Toonami has once again pulled through for their fans and stated that the block will in fact air the last two OVAs during their annual December month of movies.

Hellsing IX will air the first week of December, and Hellsing X will air the week after. Alongside that, Toonami has also announced that each Saturday night they will be airing two movies instead of just one. The movies this year will be a mixture of new premieres and re-airings from last Christmas. The full schedule can be seen below:

• December 6th: Hellsing Ultimate IX, Summer Wars
• December 13th: Hellsing Ultimate X, Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos
• December 20th: Dragonball Z Movie 8: The Legendary Super-Saiyan, Akira
• December 27th: Evangelion 1.11, Evangelion 2.22

The details of how Adult Swim managed to re-obtain the rights to the last two Hellsing OVAs are still unknown, but this just goes to show that it pays to be a Toonami Faithful.
