NEWS: ANT-MAN FIRST TRAILER REVEALED DURING AGENT CARTER PREMIERE

Marvel fans watching the series premiere of Agent Carter earlier tonight were treated to a special first teaser of Ant-Man, the last Marvel movie in Phase Two which will be hitting theaters later this year.

The teaser trailer features Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, a man who is secretly monitored by Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and offered a second chance at being his daughter’s hero by becoming the Ant-Man. The movie is being directed by Peyton Reed, with screenplay by Paul Rudd and Adam McKay, and original story by Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish. Wright was originally signed on to direct and was involved with the movie’s original concept and test footage since 2006, but was replaced by Reed during early filming. 

Ant-Man will premiere in U.S. theatres on July 17th, just a few months after Avengers: Age of Ultron.
